Jane was appointed to the Board on 23 June 2025. Jane is an experienced community sector board member and CEO with a strong background in community engagement. As an accomplished senior executive through a successful career in professional services, Jane brings governance, strategic and commercial skills balanced with a strong commitment to inclusion and social impact. Jane is an active health governance consumer representative bringing the voice of the community to the quality and safety of health service design and delivery.

Jane is currently a board director of Uniting WA and Chair of the Service Quality & Social Impact Committee, a Consumer Representative on the Advisory and Partnership Boards of the WA Enhanced Access Community Pharmacy Pilot, and the WA Advisory Committee of the national Health Studies Australia Data Asset (HeSANDA).

Previous roles include Director at KPMG as a global Chief Operating Officer in GRC, CEO of Kids Are Kids – a children’s alllied health service, Chair of CLAN WA Inc and Chair of Burrendah Independent Primary School.
