2016 Registration Renewal Statutory Declarations
Applications to renew the registration of pharmacies to 30 June 2017 were mailed earlier this month.
The Board renews the registration of a pharmacy if the submitted Statutory Declaration completed by the Pharmacist with Overall Responsibility (Responsible Pharmacist) supports compliance with the legislation and the requirements it considers are in the public interest.
